Hello,

I was checking my mail today , after uploading a bunch of new files, and received the following from Fotolia: "you file has not been accepted due to technical issues"

I checked into my Fotolia account and seems like I can't log in.

I don't really understand.

Can someone help me?

I tried to modify and rescue my password but It really seems impossible, I think they closed my account?

but why??

Ok .... I have just been able to modify my password of my FT account ..... I am very confused... sorry for bother you guys.

Anyway, The file was in line with fotolia requirements, rob color, 300 dpi, together with his intellectual property papers and 4 megapixels, I don't know what happened... maybe a glitch or something?
