different results, different languages

I am a photo supplier, I am from Poland, why, for example, when I write the word magnifier in English, I get 150,000 photos of the magnifier, and when I enter the word magnifier in Polish, I get 2000 photos of the magnifier, and when I enter the magnifier in Italian, it only pops up 600 photos of the magnifier. When he writes a word in English, either in Italian or in another language, there is not a single picture of me on the first page. But when I type the word, for example, a magnifier in Polish, 5 of my pictures appear on the first page. Why is this happening. Passwords, keys and description are in Polish. What should I do to change it? I want my photos to be visible not only to buyers from Poland but from other countries
