Different search results with different languages

When I search for the german keyword Wasserfall I find May most successful photo on 1rst rank. With the english equivalent translation waterfall the result is completely different and the same pic appears on result page 14! What is the reason for this annoying discrepance? Is it much better to do the keywording in English to be found internationally? Olaf from Germany

Yes, I have found that the keyword language and the webpage region both play a role in the displayed photos.

Unfortunately, in order to avoid spamming, Adobe will not reveal the algorythmus. I have changed all of my keywording to english.
