Dinheiro por receber da Adobe Stock?

Olá amingos, tenho dinheiro por receber da Adobe Stock, e estou com minha conta bloqueada por problema de Validação que até o momento não sei o motivo. Já tentei de todas formas tentar falar com alguém e até o momento, nenhuma resposta, como tenho dinheiro por receber, gostava de saber qual o procedimento.

    You wont get any money as long as your account is blocked.

     

    If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

    You must reply to the "Contact us" link that you see when you log on to your account, then wait for reply from Adobe Contributor Support team. Do not barrage them with multiple requests. It can take days, or it can take weeks, to receive a reply, depending on the work load of the team and the number of other accounts that they are investigating.
