Discovered someone pirating my images

It's not a case of using a prompt its exactly the same image. As the images are automatically added to the gallery for "inspiration". I will have to dig a bit more into midjourneys use rights when things are in the gallery.

When users upload to adobe stock they do have to confirm they created the images. So I belive that is an infringment of Adobes agreement, but we will see. I will post when I hear back from Adobe, wanted to give them a chance to reply before outting the other persons profile, but based on the image range they have its likely they have been doing this to a lot of other midjourney users.

What the offending user did was very shady.  But sadly for you, you have no recourse.  You failed to protect yourself from the onset and left yourself wide open to public exploitation.  The damage is done.

To file a "Take Down" complaint, you have to prove they stole your assets.  You can't prove you own them because they were in public view.  Do you see the problem?  It's your word against theirs, and Adobe Stock is in the middle.

If I were in this situation, I would remove my public Midjourney assets from Stock.  And then start over.  I know this is not the answer you're looking for. But it's the only way out of this mess.

That's the disadvantage of using a platform in a public setting. If Midjourney allows letting others get inspired, or even copying the prompts, then it may not technically being pirating.

There is no bulk way to report that, and the reported person could also argue that you were the one copying... 😉
