Do I need a property release for the photos of buildings?

hi,

they are the main subject, yes. Identifiable features? Not sure.

I have already made some cents with the first picture but I don`t wanna get in trouble.

Take them down without a property release?

    These buildings are quite generic with no identifying features, so they should be accepted without a property release.

    Ok, thanks alot, Jill.

    Both photos have been accepted. I just wasn't sure how much responsibility one has to have a property release to avoid potential trouble though. Adobe apparently said it`s ok without.

    The IP check occurs upon Moderation of the asset, so you're in the clear. However, a few years ago I did have previously accepted images rejected for IP. Images of a monument in  Manzanar National Park were rejected, perhaps because it represents someone's artwork...
