Do i need to own adobe software to sell Vector art and Illustrations?

I know this is an Adobe stock website. But do need to own any adobe related/relevant software to create any particular vector art and illustrations to sell my art here? Like Ai for vectors art or psd for any photos related to art stocks. Or any software is ok but needs to be converted or save as ai, psd or eps as the final product? Thank you

Files for sale don't need to be prepared using Adobe software, but do need to be created and prepared to the highest professional standards, suitable for a million dollar advertising campaign. Adobe will simply reject, without detail or appeal, files which have any technical fault.

Use whatever software you want to use. Just foloow the guidelines.
