Do we need a property release for photos taken at a restaurant?

I am digging through my archives, and found these photos from when my family and I went to a Kobe restaurant. Do I need a property release for images like this?

The Adobe moderator will decide, but the basic question, since there are no logos etc. is - could the restaurant owners possibly identify that this is their own restaurant? May also need a model release since, if the restaurtant can be identified so can the server.

    That's a good rule to go by. I would say no, since Kobe restaurants are far and wide. Maybe only from the strange figureine in the first photo. Thanks for the input! Much appreciated 🙂
