Does anyone know the logic...

...behind letting us edit keywords, titles, categories, etc. AFTER images are accepted as opposed to before?  Yes, I know we can delete an image and make any changes again, but the way it seems now, if could allow people to add unnecessary keywords, change titles drastically, and so forth.

Editing titles and keywords may be necessary to correct minor errors or change the keywords for optimizing search results. But it's not a fast task, so you can't spam the system.

Deleting an accepted asset is dangerous, as you can't guaranty that the asset gets accepted again.

Understood. But deleting an asset that has an issue the moderator overlooked after being accepted is an issue of responssibility on my party. I do not want to sell an image that would require the buyer to make the changes him/herself if they weren't equipped to do so.

Titles and keywords can be changed at any time. Even after approval. I do this to help improve on my photos search position. There is no need to change the category because it has no effect when searching for a subject.

I'm aware that they can be changed AFTER approval, but I haven't come
across a means to make minor changes BEFORE approval, other than deleting
them and re-uploadinh
