Question

Does anyone know what the quality issues in this picture should be, I don't have a clue. Maybe it's to much contrast or something?

You need to correct the distortion to align the cells of the cell, they are not even.

The horizontal bars need straightening as well.

The leaning verticals, spots on the windows, some general cleanup needed on the bars. And I’m not quite sure what I’m looking at. :)

Leaning verticals is what jumps out to me.
