Does this count as "AI generated"?

Hello,

I mostly use Luminar Neo as photo editing software. Most features are  AI driven (adding realistc shadows and light, sunrays, neon lines around an object is a new thing etc. ), Is this really use of AI and I have to check the AI box then (since the photo itself is not AI generated at all)?

thanks for help

To the best of my knowledge Luminar Neo is used to enhance photos, not create them from scratch; therefore you don't need to label them as Generative AI.

You are enhancing the image not adding objects through prompts. Everything is ok.

This may be AI, but not generative AI, wich is something different. Generative AI creates images, Selecting something with the help of AI, does not create something new.

No. It's not AI generated, if there is no generative AI involved.
