Does this image include the same Composition or subject without substantive changes?

I am still confused about the criteria for images that fall under Composition or subject without substantive changes. Please give me suggestions for the images I include.

This is machine generated AI, right?

  • Choose 3 of your best images from the series.
  • Don't submit them all at once. Include other subjects that are unrelated to food or service.

Good luck.

Jonah, please share what is the reason Adobe gave you for rejection and more information on how you submitted this photos... size, AI, individually?

I haven't uploaded this image yet, I'm asking because I feel there are many similarities in this image, I need advice whether this image is included in the spam category or not. If not then I will upload it. The photo size is 5180 x 2596. Yes, this is generated by AI, and I send it individually.

I don't know anything about AI images or submissions. My initial thought is that every image is unique, look clean, and and have a style. I cant see why they would not be accepted the way they are.

Go for it and let us know how it went.

Cheers

These all have the same basic composition - a plate of food being served with a cloth draped over the server's arm. But the placement of the towel is wrong in some of these - it should not be IN the food. It is supposed to be held by the server to protect their fingers from a heated plate and to keep their fingers out of your food. That would certainly be a reason for refusal..

Thanks Jill for your response. Is this considered spam? Oh yeah, I haven't uploaded this image yet, because I think all of these images are almost the same.

I'm not qualified to say whether Adobe would consider the spam or not, since it appears the plates each have different foods, but maybe you could consider coming them in to a few "sets." (meats, veggies, whatever).  It would add value to a potential buyer's purchase.
