Don't Use Email

If you need to submit a support request to the Contributor Relations Team, use the contact link your Contributor portal. This does several important things that email can’t do:

1. Gathers your Contributor ID & details.
2. Date & timestamps your request.
3. Sends your request to the relevant dept & team members.
4. Auto generates a case number for that request.

Emails are subject to anti-spam blockers & security settings that may prevent them from getting through.
