Hi
Is it possible to download your photos? I lost some of my photographs due to the theft of a disk.

No, it is not possible to download your own photos. Don't be tempted to pay for them either - you will probably get blocked forever if you try.

No. Adobe Stock is not a file recovery service.

Get Blackbaze backup & recovery service.  It's the best $7/month you'll ever spend for peace of mind and data protection.  Your PC or Mac files will be backed-up each night to the cloud.  In the event of a catastrophe, you can recover data from the cloud from anywhere on any machine.

As it is unfortunate that you lost your data, it is not possible to download your own data from Adobe stock. First Adobe stock does not hold the initial picture, but only the uploaded modified data. Second, Adobe stock is not a repository for safeguarding your assets.

It is now too late for this, and generally, people not only lose the public photos, but also a number of private momements with the family, but here is what I'm doing: To avoid this and to safeguard my data against disk failures and other catastrophic situations, I back-up my data on two different external harddisks and I store my data at two different places. So losing data is at most days of work and not years... I now have around 20 years worth of digital pictures and many scanned non-digital data.

You can also use NAS systems to get additional protection against disk failures. They use multiple disks (at least two) to safeguard against at least one disk failure at a time.

In my career of now more than 30 years, I had about three to four disk failures on my own data. I've seen several failures in my professional life.

You can also use an external cloud service, but my 6Tb data would get rather expensive with such a sevice and my backup time would be high.
