Downsizing video with alpha channel.

Hello,
I just upload the video with alpha channel in 4k and it was also automatically downsize the footage to full HD along with my original 4k but has no alpha channel. Is it possible to have embeded alpha channel with both size available to sell ? I try to find this article in the community and user guide but found nothing. Please help.
