Hi!

My approved drawings can't be found by searching either by title or by keywords. Already 11 days.

What is an image number and what keywords are you searching with?

Be sure the search terms you are using were added as keywords when you indexed the files and are not only listed in the title. It's important to note that the title is not searchable within Adobe Stock.

That's quite an interesting information. I will need to change some of my keywords then, because I avoided mostly to repeat the title in the keyword. :-)

Hi,

Approved content should be visible soon after approval. I did not take measurements, but I can find back my content quite soon after the approval message.

However, as competition is tough, it may be that you are just not seeing your content when scrolling through the hundreds of pages...

What works for me:

  • I go into my seller's space.
  • I select an item
  • I copy the item's id
  • I go to the buyer's space
  • I search using the item's id

This does confirm you that your item is available. To get a good placement you will need to work the keywords and the title.
