Drawings transferred to digital media with a scanner

Hello.

 

If I draw a pencil drawing on a drawing paper, then transfer it to a computer with a scanner, and then finalize it with graphic editing programs, can I submit such a work to Adobe Stock?

 

Is this kind of work allowed or forbidden?

 

Secondly, if such a thing is accepted, how can I prove to Adobe Stock that it is not artificial intelligence?

Because 95% of my archive consists of images generated by artificial intelligence, so I need to prove this somehow in order to prevent my submission from being rejected for reasons such as "AI-Flag Missing".

Side note: For my own non-AI drawing experiments, a graphics drawing tablet is probably a much more elegant way to go, but a good tablet costs around $2,000 and I can't afford to spend that kind of money for a test job.

Original artwork should be accompanied by a signed Property Release by you as the artist.

    Sure it's allowed.  Here are a few tips.

    Don't use textured paper. Use the smoothest, whitest paper you can find.

    Clean your scanner's glass with alcohol and a lint-free cloth to remove dust & smudges.

    To ensure good adhesion to the flatbed, cover the drawing with a blanket and books while scanning.

    Use the highest DPI setting for JPG.

      Why would that be forbidden? Check the requirements:

      • you need to control the copyright.
      • the assets need to be in good quality.

      Noone is asking you how you got the asset into the computer. Great artists first do a pencil drawing that they refine on their computer. If you get refusals, or even before, you can attach property releases to affirm that the assets is not generative AI.

       

      Drawing tablets are available for less. You won't need the high end expensive deluxe edition.

        Your best bet would be to include a property release with each of your submissions.
