Drone video of jeep driving on highway refused for IP

Hello,

I have a few videos I captured while on a trip to Hawaii. I titled the video below "Aerial drone view of Jeep driving along coast Hawaii Big Island".

My main question is, is it worth removing Jeep from the title and resubmitting this video? or is it possible that because the Jeep is such a main part of the video that it is considered to be the main focus?

The Jeep logo on the spare tire is clearly visible. That's the IP strike.

It's up to you if you want to invest the time & effort to remove it.

You'll also need to remove Jeep from the title, keywords & description.

You also need to remove the logo from the spare tire. Even then, the car may be too iconic to pass the IP test.

As a sidenote: Never mention a trademark in the titles and the keywords. Well, there are exceptions: you can name an apple, as long as you do not show it with any product from that company called apple.

The video is very nice! The vehicle is the main focus, but I don't think it's important to mention that it is a Jeep. The name "Jeep", being a trademarked term, will probably cause an IP rejection.
