Hy guys,

I am trying to find a way to avoid the PayPal ridiculous fees. So I live in Spain and use my earnings to buy things usually in euros. If I ask for my earning to be send to my account I loose a lot of money. There is a way to be sent earnings by Adobe to PayPal directly in euros? And if it is possibile, would the same Adobe do the conversion at a normal change rate or would PayPal be in charge anyway applying it's fees? Thank you so much!

Several years ago, Adobe did pay in local currencies. My first payouts were in EUR. That wasn't even a choice. Some contributors complained about that because of their weak currency and the rather fixed conversion rate.

Adobe decided (probably also to simplify the operation on their side) to switch all accounts to USD-only accounts. Since then, it is no more possible to get payouts in anything else than USD.

So no, there is no way to get paid in anything else than USD.

FYI: the exchange rate of Adobe was 1:1 for USD to EUR, about the same as they have on the "other" side: USD prices get converted 1:1 into EUR prices. That means that Europeans are paying more for their products as the USD is currently pretty low.

No.  It's US dollars or nothing.

No. Adobe converted all payouts to USD a couple of years ago, and there is no chance for you to request a different currency.

No, all payments are made only in US dollars.
PayPal automatically converts the income to the official currency of your country of residence (according to jurisdiction of your PayPal account). But anyway you will definitely see a total sum in dollars of the income operation, and the balance of PP in local currency.
