Earnings payment time

Good morning,

about 8 days ago I requested the payment of my earnings but I didn't still received the money on my usual paypal account.

Anyone of you knows if there are any delays in the payment? In the past I received the payments within about 5 days from my request.

Payments are done in the order as requests are received in a 10-working-days time frame. A working day is from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Suspecting that you are counting calendar days, you are still nicely in time.
