Hi,

I made a request earlier today on behalf of a colleague of mine wich has an adobe user account to move only her adobe portfolio content from one account to another.

Therefore I've reached the support to do that.
Somewhat they transferred all my earnings from my contributor account. So now, my balance is 0 instead of 1000++ $

Please help.

It is not possible to transfer a portfolio from one contributor account to another. In addition, we would not make changes to an account that does not belong to the person that is logged in and writing to support. It sounds like there was a break down in communication somewhere. Please write back to support by replying to the ticket you already were responding to and explain the issue.

Kind regards,

Yes, there was a breakdown in communication. - I wanted to move a website she had created in adobe portfolio to another account she has. Maybe because I did it from my IP, and because I wrote "adobe portfolio" Adobe moved my adobe stock contributor account with all its funds and activities to her.

Lucky me I succeed in explaining the issue and they undo the action.

Thank you for your response.
