I just added some images here. My question us can i upload such images as editorial on adobestock? Any legal issue?

The USAID logo is trademarked, and I doubt that such screen captures would be accepted since your are copying someone else's design - the webpage.

For editorial use only, there is no issue concerning the logo. Doing screenshots, however, is a bit cheap. That's even easier than doing generative AI. I could fill my whole portfolio with that, without having work to do. I do not think that there is any commercial value in that.
