There re so many powerful removal tools in Photoshop. Adobe Stock loves a clean marketable image.

The most common reasons are Quality/Technical issues, IP Violations, lack of Commercial value or too much Similar Content.

Keep in mind that there may be multiple reasons for refusal. But Stock Examiners are not allowed to check more than one refusal box per submission. So the review stops at problem #1. 

If you decide to resubmit under a new file name later, fix all issues first.

Also, the bees need to be removed.

Any quality issues aside, the logos and signs need be removed.
