Email change not working

Question

I'm migrating to a new email address.  I've updated my info on my contributors account weeks ago.  However, all email keeps going to my old address which will cease to exist soon.  I've tried using the contact form for days and it seems broken.  How can I resolve this?

Did you receive a Case #? Steps for Changing Adobe Stock Contributor Email:Primary Adobe Account Email: Go to https://account.adobe.com/profile, click "Change" next to Primary email (Adobe ID) in the Account information and access section, and follow the verification steps.Contributor Portal Notifications: If you need to update only the email where you receive sales notifications, use the Contact Us link at the bottom of the Adobe Stock Contributor portal to submit a support ticket.Old Fotolia/Merged Accounts: If you are a former Fotolia user whose email is not updating, you must contact support directly through the Contributor portal.  Important Notes:You must have access to the current email to receive a verification code.Changes to your account email usually update across all Adobe services. Hope that helps.
