Detetei uma diferença nas minhas estatísticas entre a actividade e a receita dentro do mesmo periodo de tempo, com quem posso esclarecer esta qestão?

Sou contribuidor de imagens e detetei a diferença entre a actividade de vendas totais e a receita total no ano 2022

O relatório da receita mostra vendas que não aparecem no relatorio de atividade!

2022 is long passed.

What is the issue? Is the revenue higher than the total sales revenue? Adobe did renumerate contributors for the use of Firefly training. Also, the assets that you have nominated for the free collection did generate revenue but no sales.

No, the error detected was in the year 2022 and the firefly was only paid in 2024
Sales values are declared in the revenues that I cannot find in the activity report, the same applies in the year 2023
If I cross the dates and revenue values with the activities on those same dates, I don't find these sales
There is definitely an explanation for this and I would like to know what it is

What do you mean by "Sales values are declared in the revenues that I cannot find"? It's not clear what multiple sources of data you're describing. Nevertheless, I don't think you'll get much attention from Adobe on a situation that might have occurred more than 2 years ago...
