Error al intentar añadir mi información fiscal

Estoy intentando aladir mi información fiscal pero al dar click en el boton "Completar W-8 BEN" me da el error: Se ha producido un error al abrir tu formulario.

What is your OS and version and are you using Acrobat to fill out the form? If you use somthing different to Acrobat, use Acrobat.

I'm using Windows 10. I'm not using acrobat because when I click the button "Complete W-8..." it gives me the error, it doesn't give me any form to fill.
