Error in payment request

Hello,

i have requested a payment in adobe stock recently through skrill account and received an error saying "error during payment". Can you please check that for me what is the cause and how to fix it?

Do you meet the requirements to recieve a royalty payout?

Has it been more than 45 days since your first sale?

Have you accrued more than $25 in royalty payments?

Did you complete & submit the tax withholding forms?

It is not possible to ask for a payout, if the minimum criteria are not met. So, this here is a step beyond.
