Error of download preview

I uploaded 10 vector drawings to Adobe Stock, and they were all approved. But other accounts cannot download these drawings. My files cannot be downloaded. "Download preview" cannot be done. What is missing? Can you help me?

Can you give a File ID of a vector you see this problem with?

I believe we had an issue processing the preview due to the double artboard. I've logged a bug on this, though not sure how soon our engineers will have a fix. Until then I would see if removing any extra artboards might fix your future uploads/previews. Sorry about that.
