error when publishing a big file to Adobe stock

Hello,

I use the service to publish for Adobe Stock. When I send a bunch of files. The big files give an error message, that the can not be published. The others files pass without a problem.

I don't see an option to reduce filesize in the publish set.

greetings,

Youri

Please post a screen shot with the error message. I suspect a communication error more than any other cause.

How big do big files mean?

Hello,

I 've got the message due to technical problem the file can't be send. The smaller files in the same batch are all passed without a problem.

The original filesize is 8.776 x 11.100 pixels. This is to much for Adobe stock. When I export the file to a smaller size and use the website, there's no problem.

greetings,

Youri

Well yes, that's huge, but still under the 100M pixels limit. You didn't tell us what the "smaller size" is however. It would be nice for other users to learn about limits of the system.

Not sure this has anything to do with LR.

you can Reduce the size by exporting the file in LR then add the exported, reduced size, file to your service.

When using the stock plug-in you do not have exporting parameters to set. All is automatically configured.
