Your colors are on the drab side. 

After adding a levels or curves adjustment, consider boosting the color vibrance.  

I like the images but they need more wow factor.  Particuarly the birds & flowers.

8394: in addition to what @Jill_C says: You would get an IP strike with logos and businesses shown like this.

The exposure is also faulty, as shown by the histogram,

and you have sensor dust:

2142: The picture is missing blacks (left).

That has a consequence on the contrast.

Harbor: In addition to the boat names and identifiers, look also for logos on the building, like here:

5401: This one needs tweaking for exposure and noise. I am not convinced that it is blurry or that the sky is overexposed, but it has indeed massively identifiers, that all would need to go.

2449: nice picture but with the focus somewhere in the blossom in front of the bird. The exposure is way off.

The framing is not that good. As the bird looks to the left, you should have more space to the left.

 8394 - not sharply focused, and you would need model releases for all of the recognizable people.

2142 - the bird, which was your intended focal point, is not in sharp focus.

Harbor - very underexposed, and you would need to remove the identifying marks on the ship.

5401 - blurry, overexposed sky, and you owuld need to remove identifing marks on every boat!

2449 - bird is not in sharp focus and should have been cropped tighter
