Do you have problem with submitted contents? Since 10 days all photos that I have submitted were rejected for quality problems. It never happened in 4 years since I started as contributor.

No, I do not have that problem. Do as @George_F said, if you want to have us to look into one of your refused pictures.

You are not addressing Adobe directly in this forum. The participants are fellow Contributors who can provide their opinions and advice on issues with your rejected images. As @George_F said, upload a few here in full size and the Comunity members will respond.
