Did some experimenting and the results were as good as (and sometimes arguably better) than Gigapixel AI. It's free, though they do ask for donations. If you're on a Mac, use the DMG download link and NOT the Apple Store link, where you will be charged $12.99 (unless you're feeling generous). Upscales up to 16x's if you want to get crazy with it, but 4x's appears to be the default.

By the way which model do you use on Upscayl is (Real Esrgan) or (Fast Real Esrgan) or any other model?

Haven't played around with it that much. I did try the 16x's upscale and went out for lunch while I waited for it to finish.

No problem. If you play around with the other options, let us know what you think of the results. I won't be using it all that much since I have Gigapixel AI and it takes seconds to upscale compared to Upskayl taking a minute or two, but hey...it's free.
