False "Inactive account, Multiple Accounts" flag despite only one account created

I am receiving the error: "Our Account and Submission policy does not allow multiple Contributor accounts." but I only have one account. I think my account was falsely flagged because of:

During registration, the Adobe SMS verification system would not send a text to my Tunisian phone number, despite many retries and using other Tunisian phone numbers.

So I had to use a friend's French phone number to receive the verification code.

So maybe the fact i tried different phone numbers and the many retries is what caused this error.

How can i solve this? I contacted Adobe about this over 2 weeks ago but no response using that page “contact us” form.

My support ticket is Case #00521383. It has been open since June 14th without a response. Can a moderator possibly please look into this?

Thank you.

Did you reach out to Adobe Product Support or Stock Contributor Relations?  They are two different things.

Yes i did reach out to contributor support through that very page with the inactive account error and contact us link. But It’s been over 2 weeks now. Does it usually take this long? I only received the automated email with my case number that day.

Be patient, Stock Contributor Support receives hundreds of daily requests.

Technical matters can take a while to chase down.

There is nothing more that you can do except wait.
Using a different phone number is not a problem unless your friend has an account with this phone number. If he does, both accounts should be suspended.
