The photo has grain noise and is out of focus. There is not sufficient depth of field either. and possibly slightly underexposed

This button does not fit

Still an other button (arrow)? The collar (cloud) does not fit.

The girl's hair (arrow) and the sleeves merge.

The poor girl's fingers have merged, and the fingernails appear to be peculiar.

In addition, she seems to hold someone's finger.

No comment on the shape of these fingers.

The tattoo grows hair and weird shape of the arm:

He should really change his hairdresser:

(It looks, to me, that the AI wants to hide the hair behind the cushion).

If you look at my excerpts of your image, you will see a lot of noise. The noise is an overall issue with this asset. In addition, you see on the histogram the missing blacks and whites. You (or the AI) have applied a filter giving this nice pleasant flat look. From a stock perspective, you should avoid that. :

I am assuming it's an AI photo. Therefore you need to look carefully at any irregularities that will become apparent when you look closely - as what has already been mentioned.

Another point to consider and be aware of is the recent Kate Middleton Mother's Day photo. It was picked to shreds!

So, if you have obvious errors, bear in mind that if someone downloads this photo and sees these errors, they will not be happy and will probably demand a refund.

Go through your photo with a fine tooth comb and correct any inconsistencies. 

The image seems rather blurry. Some of the hair on his head isn't attached to his head. The girl's hand is malformed. His forearm hair doesn't blend properly with the tattoo. File format PNG should not be uploaded unless the image has a transparent background.
