It's a nice picture of a Jaguar, with a lot of noise, artefacts in the foreground. I suppose it's that noisy because it was initially heavily underexposed, and now it's only moderately underexposed.
I know that it is a Jaguar, because of the logos and the sign besides the front door. That for sure is an IP violation. You would, however, probably also get an IP strike down because the car is the main subject and so also the car design is important. For that, you would need a property release from the manufacturer (which you will never get because Jaguar wants to control its image).
TIf you can fix the technical issues, you will need an IP release. If you don't have an IP release, there is no point taking any more time with this image. I like the staging, though arguably the car should be centred left to right.
