Hi all

Am new here and just wondering if anyone can give feedback as to why this image could be rejected for quality issues?

Many thanks in advance.

There is more than one issue with this asset. As @Ricky336 says, there is a white balance issue, but the asset also appears to be badly edited.

On the other hand, it looks like there is a lot of rubbish laying around, that I would have edited out.

The building, wich is obviously the main subject is not sharp. The focus plane is on the pole in the middle of the imge. The (lamp?) pole makes the composition odd. Sometimes it is very difficult to get rid of such elements and here it is really disturbing.

As @daniellei4510 and @Ricky336 pointed out, there may also be an IP problem with the building. Some historic buildings are continuing to be protected by IP law. So you may need to prove that you have the rights to commercially use this photograph. But that is a different refusal. The moderator refuses on the first issue seen, so there may be multiple different issues in a picture.

Hello,

I think a probable issue is your white balance. The image overall is too blue, so you have to warm the image up a tad.

It is also possible another issue could be IP, although for me, the white balance is the first issue.

Not sure about the quality issue, but maybe it's more about requiring a property release? That plaque on the side of the building suggests it's a landmark.
