Feedback on rejected assets

Hello! I've submitted 2 images and both have been rejected for "quality issues" with no further explanation. I'm a new stock contributor so I'm not sure what I should be looking for. So far only one of my images has been accepted. Let me know your thoughts on the 2 rejected attached! Thanks!!

Hello,

For the snow birds, you have exposure problems, which is not surprising when taking snow pictures.

You have to make some corrections - exposure, bring more detail in the snow, lighten the ducks, bring more warmth into the picture...

e.g

Straight JPG pictures can't handle the differences in the contrast of the snow.

Same issue with your other photo, though not as bad. It would be better for the cow to be in the sunlight and not the shade.

The ducks are too dark and the snow needs the highlights reduced.
