Feedback on rejected images

Hello I am a new contributor and my few of my uploads have been rejected stating Techinical issues. I've read the guides here but still not sure what exactly the problem with each of these is ?

In the first picture nothing is really sharp in focus. Basically, with such a large proportion of white sky, I would draw a blue sky (don't forget the reflection)

I think that in the second picture the focus area is too small.
