Your photo has noise grains, both chromatic and luminance, so Adobe do not add your picture to the marketplace. It's not for sale. You will need to correct the issue using a photo editor and resubmit.

Noise is noticeable.
If you are developing RAW files with CameraRAW, the luminance noise parameter may be set to 0.
