File Approved for Sale then ends up rejected

Has anyone else had an issue with files initially approved for sale but then ending up rejected with no notice that they were rejected? I had this happen with two files. These are the file numbers.

You put your watermark/signature on the files in the lower right corner which is strictly prohibited. It'slikely the original reviewer did not see this at first.
