File declined - false

Hello,

I've been reading and came to find out that there is no system to appeal a file rejection, where I could explain it better. I read by multiple people that writing in this forum is the best way to get any feedback. My photo got rejected for Intellectual property, but I made this bottle myself. It is not a product you can purchase, it's simply a label I made myself in AI, precisely so it wouldn't get rejected. I understand that Adobe can't check that, but how can I inform them before the file gets rejected? And how can I get this photo reconsidered?

You will probably have to add a property release form saying that you are the author of this image and of the label. It's the label that is most probably the reason for Intellectual Property.

Hi astak

You could probably do as the contributor did at Photos Rejected For Intellectual Property . When you make up the property release, You could as this contributor did attach to the release a picture of the label(s) as appeared in the window of the application used for their design..

Please note you should complete and sign the release as owner and artist.

Best wishes
