Removal of assets is no reason for immediate concern unless it occurs frequently or it’s caused by customer complaints about poor quality. You can read more about that below.

Adobe audits the database from time to time and removes previously accepted images. You’ll find them in your “not accepted” tab, along with the reason for removal. Such removals do not place your account in jeopardy.
