This file was rejected as out of focus.  I do agree that as a photo it would be but I made a mistake and it should have been submitted as an illustration not a photo.  It is a watercolour created out of a photo and at the time I submitted I didn't realize there was an alternative category.  Can this be resubmitted under the correct category with some updated keywords?
