This illustration was rejected as being non-compliant.  This is an illustration made from a photo I took.  Can you tell me why?  Only thing I can guess is maybe because the dog has tags??? Perhaps I need a release for it???  I can get one as it belongs to a family member.  I have verbal consent and will see this person within the next month or so

I do agree with you on what you say and that can be changed but it still doesn't help if you can't understand their reasons and can't contact them for help.  Thanks anyhow.

No idea why it would be rejected for those reasons.

Personally, I think it looks too much like a photo to be an illustration and I find the canvas texture to be too distracting too.
