File is disappearing after being uploaded

Hello, I have been unable to upload files for review for several days (neither vector nor photo). The file is uploaded, but then is not displayed. Please tell me what could be the reason? I tried another browser, cleared cookies, updated and re-logged into my account, nothing helps.

Still can't upload directly. But I can upload via FTP.

Great for you. I suppose that you have a browser issue then.

Seems to be a system-wide issue at the moment. I uploaded one image as a test, and saw the spinning circle for a long time, perhaps an hour. I went away and did something else, and found that it did eventually show up on my "New" tab.
