Have you read the submission requirements? 

  • Image format: JPEG 
  • Color space: sRGB
  • Minimum image resolution: 4MP (megapixels)
  • Maximum image resolution: 100MP (megapixels)
  • Maximum file size: 45MB (megabytes)

 

PNG is for raster images with transparency only. 

 

Vector Graphics should be submitted as AI, EPS or SVG (pick one).

At a guess, the name is very long and contains & which may be a restricted character if Adobe sends the data as a query string. Otherwise, just what @daniellei4510 said, read the reason Adobe give.
