File under review for more than 5 months

Question

I have files that have been under review for more than 5 months, and others that seem to be following the same path as they keep piling up. The new files I upload are reviewed immediately, but the backlog never gets cleared.

Previously, this issue affected around a hundred files, but now nearly 400 have accumulated over the months. I would like to understand why this is happening and if there is anything I can do to resolve the situation. Last year, I had to delete all the files that experienced this issue because they were never reviewed.

There is unfortunately no solution to this, except to delete and resubmit.

This happened before, but as people did submit only a handfull files, and moderation was quite fast, it was able to identify the stuck assets easily and you could very easily resubmit them. With the massive assets that generative AI contributors contribute, and the moderation delays, you need to wait several months before you can be sure that the assets are stuck.

If you want, you can send a message to Adobe contributor support for this, but don't expect a fast resolution.

I also have photos that have been stuck in the queue for over 6 months.
Since last year, the verification process has become a nightmare.

Why aren't there two separate verification paths? One for AI-generated files and one for everything else.
