File upload option is totally off?

Hello,

I started my contributor journey from 3 months and i know about updates for contributor about file upload. My ask guys i can not upload any kind of file from 10 days so, this option is still off? and another ask is i have a best sell vector file on my account and i see yesterday this file was deleted from my account. why? I hope someone help me ?

If a file gets deleted, after approval, it will go into the refused tab, with a refusal reason.

Atually I want to know my most downloaded file is almost download like 20 for which resion they delete this file

We wouldn't know the answer to that, but it's often because the file was accidentally uploaded twice. At least that has been the case with some contributors in the past. A few weeks ago, Adobe began a campaign to remove any duplicate files from contributor accounts.

What country are you in?

Turkey, Qatar, Indonesia and others have restrictions on assets that haven't been double-vetted for decency. Customers in other countries can see them even if you can't.

Try changing the country code to Canada (ca).

You have to tell us why you cannot upload. Do you get an error message? If so, what does it say? Do you mean upload or submit? If you cannot submit, then your submission limit has been reached and you must wait until some files have been reviewed.
If an approved asset has disappeared, try changing the region to USA at the bottom of your dashboard. Sometimes assets are not available in certain regions.

Thank you for, ok I checked my profile iand i see my region site is ok. and when i click my best selling vector it show me page not available see my attached
