"Filename couldn't be uploaded because it is not a valid file type" while uploading videos

I have problems with uploading videos. Most of them do not load on the site although all files have absolutely identical parameters and are made in the same program. Videos are AI generated, 3840x2160, H.264 codec, 5-11s duration, 50-150mb size, mp4 file format. I am getting the following error - "Filename couldn't be uploaded because it is not a valid file type.". I can't understand the pattern - some files get through, and some don't. Any thoughts? What can be the reason?

Shorten the filename and try again.

Either the filename is longer than the system supports, or there are special characters in, that are not supported. We also had once general trouble with uploading assets. That was an Adobe issue that needed to be resolved.
