Files have under review for 5 months

Please note that no one has checked my illustrations for 5 months. What happened to the support? I can't get a normal response - automatic responds to all emails. How much longer to wait?

Hi, it’s possible that this is the reason why your assets are undergoing a thorough copyright review—it could be why it’s taking longer. I uploaded some artwork myself, and it stayed under review for a week, whereas when I uploaded images of dogs or cats, they were checked on the same day.

Nothing is going under review for copyright issues. The moderators don't see the images until they are delivered to their computers. If there were even a hint of copyright issues, the assets would be rejected.and noted as such.

So how do you explain that certain images featuring artwork in various styles and interpretations stayed longer in the review queue, while other images uploaded later were reviewed more quickly? It’s definitely because of the images. If an image leaves room for interpretation, it will likely take longer to review.

A few dozen contributors have been complaining about slow review times, so you aren't alone. We have many theories as to why there is such a delay, and I suspect most of them are wrong. Adobe, as far as I know, has been made aware of the issue and for now we can only suggest one of two options: 1) continue to wait; or 2) try deleting and resubmitting some of your assets that have been in review for 4 to 5 months.

I have not experienced the issue myself, but my most recently submitted assets are being reviewed daily, while others have been stewing on the back burner for weeks.

I tried deleting and uploading again, it didn't help. I wrote to the support service - but they just apologize and say that the queue is very long. I don't use AI, I've checked all the keywords, considered all possible error options on my part, but everything seems to be fine. Adobe checks all my friends' files in one day.

You are in the same queue as generative AI pictures, so the waiting time will be the same. We do not know, why the waiting time is that long for some and not for others, but there is no way to accelerate the moderation and contacting contributor support does not help, as they don't answer such requests. I suppose that you need to wait, simply.

(Just to be clear, the time shown is the upload time, not the submission time. If you uploaded 5 months ago, you start your "waiting" time with a five months timer at the very beginning. This is a bug in the system.)
